e-pro-tec GmbH was founded in 2020 in Göppingen and has established itself as a reliable CNC technology partner in southwest Germany. What started as CNC services has grown into a comprehensive service and distribution company for CNC machines.

Does e-pro-tec still offer service, maintenance and spare parts for SMEC machines?

Yes. Service for SMEC machines is unaffected by the end of the sales partnership on September 1, 2026. e-pro-tec continues to offer full maintenance, repair, fault diagnosis, commissioning, spare parts, PLC optimization and machine measurement for SMEC CNC machines already in operation. Since that date, e-pro-tec sells new machines as the official partner of Hwacheon Machinery Europe GmbH.

All machines are equipped with the Siemens Sinumerik 828D control and are suitable for manual, teach-in and fully automatic CNC production.
